As with all Menus at The Gate House, these menus changes regularly to reflect the availability of ingredients: we use fresh local ingredients whenever possible, or fresh ingredients flown from France to our neighboring island of St-Martin and then to us.
Your own cook available at extra cost.
Other activities are possible (tennis, snorkeling, scuba diving, bead classes etc...) at extra cost.
